Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase from Ziba. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item withing 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. 

Please Note

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns.
